Terms of Service​

1. Please let me know if you suddenly decide to back out of a commission. If you do not respond or let me know within 72 hours (unless you tell me in advance that something's come up and that you can't respond on time), I will assume the commission is cancelled and give the slot to someone else.

2.   Prices are PER character.

3.  Please wait for me to send you an invoice before sending me any money!

4.  Payments are made through PayPal.

5.  All prices are in USD.

6.  Background prices will vary due to complexity, but simple colour background is free.

7. Prices will vary due to complexity and explicitness.

8.  I will charge extra for additional changes (so please make sure you know exactly what you want in your inquiry!!)

9.  Commissions are for personal use only; commercial use is not allowed UNLESS you specifically requested for a commercial commission, which will cost extra.

10.  You cannot trace, edit, or modify the commission in any way without my permission.

11.   I  have the right to decline any commission.

12.   Refunds will not be allowed once I've already started the commission.

13.  After payment, I will send a sketch first for approval before continuing the commission.

14.  This is a DIGITAL commission, so there will be no physical items being shipped.
